I have bought goods for over 100 euros, and no one responded to emails, other than when I asked if I could pay with paypal.
I have contacted paypal and asked to get my money back.
Not a company I would recommend.

After 1 month, i got all my stuff, but for saveing small money, still would not recommend

Bought a 'sonderposten' model. It isn't complete (screws missing, propellor broken). Send several email to info@ and service@ but no reply. So i won't buy here any more.

Lousy place to shop, actually worst RC shop so far.
I ordered some spare parts (in April 2017), which i again and again was informed was in back order, they didnt reply my mails, after months i wrote a mail and told them to cancel the order, my next step was to contact PayPal.
The didnt give me a personal answer, just an auto message confirming that my order is cancled.

Worst service, order and payment for stock parts 17.7.2017 Delivery 9.8. Part broken, not reachable by telephone, does not respond to email. Parts returned, no replacement. Sailboat can not be used. Today 29.8. No message no return of the parts.

Very bad experience, my last with this site.
No communication possible. Via the site or by email, I received no response despite +10 emails sent.
I received a damaged and deprogrammed airplane model.
The inside of the box was also damaged and patched with Scotch. It is a shame to send a NEW product under such conditions.
I want to point out that the transportation is not for nothing, the container is intact.
No response for requests for information or return request for service.
Partial refund after 2 months, always without information of the site. Just an automatic message from Paypal to announce a partial refund. A very bad adventure that made me lose 3 months and money.

Très mauvaise expérience, ma dernière avec ce site.
Aucune communication possible. Via le site ou par mail, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse malgré +10 mails envoyés.
J'ai reçu un modèle d'avion endommagé et déprogrammé.
L'intérieur de la boîte était également endommagée et rafistolée avec du Scotch. C'est une honte d'envoyer un produit NEUF dans de telles conditions.
Je tiens à préciser que le transport n'y est pour rien, le contenant étant intact.
Aucune réponse pour des demandes d'informations ou de demande de retour pour SAV.
Remboursement partiel après 2 mois, toujours sans information du site. Juste un message automatique de Paypal pour m'annoncer un remboursement partiel. Une très mauvaise aventure qui m'a fait perdre 3 mois et de l'argent.
