Iasmos
Iasmos is a petty crook and the self-styled leader of the Castle Hill Garroters, though, according to the Madame-under-Magna, Iasmos is the nice sibling and his sister Dorry is the true leader.
STORY
After the Castle Hill Garroters steal a shipment of cindersand from the Vorcien, Iasmos mistakenly insists that the Vorcien could not track them. The Vorcien sends Kissandra Vorcien as an enforcer to retrieve the cindersand. Kizzie tracks them down in the Castle District then kills Iasmos and his sisters at their hideout.
