Water is your best ally to have beautiful skin, so you need to drink plenty of it. I also rely on electrolytes, which help better absorb water and increase hydration tenfold. 5 / Your morning and evening skincare routine for slowing down the effects of time on the skin?

In the morning, 1 / I cleanse my skin, 2 / I spray my face with an aromatherapy mist in which I incorporate different ingredients as needed, whether it is rose or lavender. 3 / I apply the serum from the Capture Totale line by Dior, Super Potent Serum, because it leaves my skin healthy, hydrated, and plump. Living in Florida, with humid air, I don't really need a moisturizer besides the serum.
