33-year-old Tamara recently shocked fans by revealing her family sleeping habit as husband Jay Rutland was forced to sleep in a cot during a hotel stay as the socialite chose to share thew double bed with their daughter Sophia.

During an episode of reality show Tamara’s World, the family were seen enjoying a stay at a luxury hotel - and Jay ended up feeling left out.

Staff had put a cot bed in the room, seemingly with the youngster in mind, but it was Jay, 36, who ended up sleeping on the extra bed.

His wife chose to share the plush double with their three-year old instead.

Tamara, 33, reasoned that she slept in her parents' bed until she was nine so it should be fine for Sophia.

Speaking about her controversial nightly routine, she explained: “Fifi slept in a bassinette next to my bed when she was tiny and then we kinda gave up on that, she just came into the bed.

“I know a lot of people think that co-sleeping is really dangerous and really bad, but it’s been a really positive experience.

“Fifi will not be ready to go into her own bed for quite some time. I slept in my parent’s bed until I was like, nine, we had a giant bed and everyone just slept in the same bed.

“I slept on my dad’s side and my sister slept on my mum’s side, and when we travelled we all shared a bed or like a bedroom or whatever.”
