Petra Ecclestone forced to keep wedding location secret from own family amid fears ex James Stunt will sabotage big day
HER messy divorce from James Stunt played out like a Hollywood film script.
Now billionaire Formula 1 heiress Petra Ecclestone is terrified her former husband could be about to put a dampener on her wedding to recruitment company boss Sam Palmer this weekend.
Insiders have told me how Petra has hired a team of heavies and is refusing to tell guests the location until the last minute.
A source close to the socialite said: “All brides get nervous before their wedding but for Petra it’s been amplified over her fears about James.
“Although they have not been together since 2017 their divorce was nasty and they traded a lot of blows online.
“Petra says she wouldn’t put it past James to try to take the shine off her big day, so she has gone all out to make sure nothing can go wrong.

“She has hired a really heavy- duty security team to make sure that nothing can go wrong on the day. As well as that, she has kept the exact details of the event close to her chest.
“Even her dad Bernie and sister Tamara have not been told some of the finer details.
“And her guests have yet to be given the exact location, even though the big day is just two days away.
“Those around Petra have comforted her and have said she’s just being paranoid, but she doesn’t want to take any risks.”

She and Shunt had a toxic split after six years and three kids five years ago.
And the barbs they traded didn’t stop after their divorce.
Shunt was then declared bankrupt in 2019 and was this year accused of being part of a £266million money laundering gang, allegations he denies.
I reckon spoiling Petra’s wedding is the least of Shunt’s concerns right now.
Bradley falls for Hillary aide Huma
BRADLEY Cooper has dated a raft of Hollywood A-listers but his latest squeeze is far more high-brow.
The A Star Is Born actor is in a relationship with Hillary Clinton's long-time political aide Huma Abedin.
The new couple have been together for a few months, after being introduced by Vogue editor Anna Wintour, who has been a close friend of Bradley’s for years.
He and Huma are believed to have bonded over their interest in politics and human affairs.
Bradley married actress Jennifer Eposito in 2006 although she filed for divorce just five months later.
He then had romances with actresses Renee Zellweger and Zoe Saldana and model Suki Waterhouse.
His longest relationship was with Russian model Irina Shayk, who he was with for four years until June 2019.
Despite separating, the former couple are still close, and share a daughter, Lea, who was born in March 2017.
And while he has a chequered history when it comes to his love life, Huma does too, as the ex-wife of disgraced former US congressman Anthony Weiner.
The couple married in 2010 and have a son together but split in 2016 and divorced after it was revealed he had sent obscene material to a minor, which later landed him in jail.
Huma first worked with Hillary as an intern in 1996, then was the vice-chairperson for her 2016 presidential campaign.
At her wedding in 2010, the politician said: “I have one daughter. But if I had a second daughter, it would (be) Huma.”

I HAVE bad news for the police – Nicki Minaj is planning to move to the UK.
The US rapper caused carnage when she tried to hold a meet-and-greet session in London on Monday.
Officers were called to try to hold back the thousands of fans who piled out on to the street hoping to see her on.
Yet now the Super Bass singer has said she wants to spend more time here, despite the fact her husband Kenneth Petty won’t be able to come due to his criminal convictions.
He is under 12 months of house arrest after failing to register as a sex offender in California.
Nicki said: “I will definitely be back in the UK this year, without a shadow of doubt.
“I am buying a house in the UK. To go there and having to leave is so sad. It doesn’t feel good. I have been saying it since the first day I went to the UK.”
Nicki arrived five hours late to her meet-and-greet so was refused entry to the venue, Cafe Koko in Camden, North London, prompting pandemonium in the streets.
Multiple police units were called in to control the huge crowds in the heatwave.
Praising the officers during an Instagram Live, Nicki added: “They were so freaking sweet. They were actually brilliant.
“Because what they could have done when everybody started crowding around like that, they could have been like, ‘Oh no bitch, we told you no’, and they could have left.
“But no, they still protected my fans and me ,so I really appreciated them. They were very calm and humble.”
