Accommodations Reference Chart (EDITABLE)

This a great resource to help you organize your accommodations by class period. Instead of a list of students with their accommodations, this is organized by each accommodation. This makes it easy to organize the information you need for each class period, rather than just by student. This format is very intuitive and easy to read. You just write student's name(s) under each accommodation that apply(s).

This product includes three versions that are ready-made and two that are editable for you to fill in whatever accommodations you use most. In the ready-made ones: one has an "other" blank at the end in case there is a more pertinent accommodation that you use and calculator included. Another has "calculator" taken out (in case you don't teach math), and "behavior plan" in its place. Then, another one with three blanks at the bottom for more flexibility.
