Gisele Bündchen’s New Erewhon Smoothie Includes an Immune-Boosting Syrup You Can Order on Amazon

If you follow celebrity wellness culture at all, then you’ve probably heard of Erewhon. This super bougie Los Angeles-area grocery store is known for its specialty ingredients, high prices, and celebrity-partnership smoothies. First there was the Coconut Cloud Smoothie, which was created with influencer Marianna Hewitt. Then came Hailer Bieber’s Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie. Now, a new celeb has stepped up to the proverbial blender: Gisele Bündchen and Erewhon have collaborated on a new Giselderberry Boost smoothie, and if you don’t have an Erewhon near you, you can at least buy the key ingredient on Amazon and Target so you can try making one for yourself.

This isn’t Bündchen’s first foray into the world of nutrition. She even has a cookbook coming out this March that’s available for pre-order, called Nourish: Simple Recipes to Empower Your Body and Feed Your Soul. Her cookbook is completely gluten-free, and includes recipes like a Papaya-Almond Smoothie, Sneeze-Be-Gone Soup, Grilled Ribeye with Chimichurri, and Carrot Muffins. But the star of her Erewhon smoothie is Elderberry Syrup.

The $19 Giselderberry Boost smoothie at Erewhon is described as “a love leter to elderberry,” and the store claims that “this smoothie will have you falling in love with Gisele Bündchen’s favorite antioxidant-rich berry.” It’s made with Gaia Organic Black Elderberry syrup, which you can get in its full potency at Target, or in a slightly less concentrated Kids forumla on Amazon.

Other ingredients in the smoothie include plant-based protein, acai, banana, coconut meat and milk, almond butter, lucuma, dates, and an organic elderberry glaze.

If you’re struggling to come to terms with spending $19 on a smoothie, you can rest slightly easier knowing that a portion of the proceeds from this smoothie will be donated to the Rodale Institute, a nonprofit organization that supports organic farming. Or, you could buy some elderberry syrup to add to your own smoothies at home. It’s more of an up-front investment, but it will pretty much pay for itself after you make three smoothies.
