How much Sera Siporax Professional should I need?

This FAQ from Sera website doesn't really help ....

1st Question: Which one should I get for my 55 gallon reef tank? Professional Mini or Professional 15mm?

2nd Question: How much (in gram) should I buy to treat 55 gallon reef tank?

3rd Question: I'm thinking of putting it in a media bag before dumping it to sump. Good idea or bad idea? If good idea, which chamber should I put it in? Overflow or return chamber or doesn't matter? Are they more effective in slow flow area or high flow area?

Any update/s are much appreciated.

I got the 25mm rings, and I stacked them. I bought them by the liter. Online it says about 300g = 1L (btw, it's a lot less than it seems). I started out with about 10 L in my 100g system, but I have since removed it down to 5L since I was unable to get detectable nitrates even with dosing.

You can throw it in a bag and dump it in your sump, or you can stack them with egg crate which is supposed to keep debris off of them longer and provide a more low flow anaerobic environment.
