A large part of my practice includes a focus on building mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help you feel more in touch with yourself and your life.
Finding meaning and a sense of purpose are important to feeling balanced. Work and life, in general, can wear us down, throwing us off-balance sometimes. I am skilled in relaxation techniques to help you feel more at ease and present.
