Biography: Best known as the lead singer of Irish boyband group Boyzone. The band was put together in 1993 by manager Louis Walsh. Boyzone went on to become one of the most successful groups in the UK and Ireland.

After Boyzone broke up in 1999, Keating went on to develop a successful solo career, with his cover of Keith Whitley's song "When You Say Nothing at All", from the soundtrack of the film "Notting Hill", a No. 1 in many countries.
