Our hats go off to third-generation chef, Martin Giunta, for handcrafting this most delicious and healthier option when it comes to traditional sausage.

These fresh (not smoked) all-natural chicken sausages truly are made with all-natural ingredients, all-natural spices and absolutely no preservatives and are absolutely gourmet-quality.

Our sampler includes three of Martin’s most popular varieties: Chicken with Fresh Basil & Sun-Dried Tomato, Chicken with Feta Cheese & Fresh Spinach and Chicken with Fresh Granny Smith Apple. All arrive fully cooked, just heat and enjoy.

Conveniently packaged in 12 oz. packages, 4 links per package.

Store & Prepare

To Store: Refrigerate immediately.

To Serve: Fully cooked, ready to warm and serve.

Grill: Place links on grill 7-9 inches above heat source. Use Medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently with tongs.

Skillet: Add 1/4 cup water and sliced Kielbasa to skillet. Cover and simmer over Medium heat 10-12 minutes, turning often with tongs.

Served these sausages at my New Year Open House. They are delicious --no casings, easy to heat in the microwave, and kept in a bowl warmed by a tea-light underneath. All my guests asked for leftovers to take home. Will purchase again.

FLAVOR packed!

I was so happy with these. The order was packaged well, arrived nice and cold. The flavors really come through. I don't know what to do with the Apple ones yet but the Sun-dried Totmato & Basil were great on a bun one night - and the left overs added to some pasta the next night. You can't beat their brats but these are a nice lighter option that doesn't make you feel like you are missing out..

Better than expected

Our first products taste better than we thought. This sampler is terrific & the wieners have a great smoke flavor. Next time we will try a Ham.
