F1 heiress Petra Ecclestone has put her house on the market for a cool £170million.

Her des res is in West London’s ultra-posh Kensington. But even the lucky punter who scooped Friday’s £184million EuroMillions jackpot might baulk at buying Petra’s pile.

A source said: “There are barely more than a handful of people in the country who could even think about snapping it up.”

Petra, 32 – daughter of F1 tycoon Bernie – has spent more than £25million redesigning historic Sloane House. She snapped up the late 18th century Georgian mansion for £60million in 2010.

In an Instagram video showing off her home, the heiress told fans: “We had fallen in love with the shell of the house and the outside. But the house was pretty much demolished and rebuilt.

“We even dug down 15 metres deep. The house had such potential to be more of a ‘wow’ property. We opened up the house to be more special.”

The new basement includes an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a spa, a hammam, a salon, a kid’s playhouse, squash courts and a screening room.

The vast house is also decked out with spectacular crystal light fittings and a mirrored bar that converts into a DJ station – ideal for when the new owners want to throw a glitzy house-warming party.

Mum-of-three Petra has previously said she sees her property in Los Angeles, California – which has a dedicated gift-wrapping room – as her “main” home.
