Gisele Bundchen was pulled over by a police officer, who then issued her a ticket. In a video capturing the incident, a Surfside PD officer can be seen pulling over a Mercedes G-Wagon, which happens to be Gisele's vehicle that she has been frequently spotted driving lately in Florida.

According to TMZ, during the traffic stop, Gisele appeared emotional as she handed the officer some documents, who then went back to his squad car to process the information. When he returned and handed her the ticket, Gisele became visibly upset, wiping tears from her face.

Despite her distress, Gisele tried to maintain some privacy, turning her face away from passing cars and onlookers and pulling down her visor to cover her eyes.

Spending time with alleged boyfriend

The exact timing of the incident is unclear, but Gisele was later spotted spending time with Joaquim Valente, reportedly checking on renovations at her Miami-area home.

While it's uncertain if Joaquim was in the car with her during the traffic stop, the two have been inseparable since going public with their relationship post-Tom Brady.

According to a source who spoke to People earlier this year, Bundchen and Valente share a "deep personal relationship" and he is "a teacher to her and the kids."

While it's unclear if their relationship will ever turn romantic, the insider added that Bundchen "adores and trusts Joaquim and has been spending a lot of time with him, but I don't think it's a traditional dating scenario."
