Thiese armchairs were designed in 1985 by Shiro Kuramata for Pastoe. These chair were made in very limited numbers, because at the time (1985) Pastoe was in a bad financial situation and ceased production of all Kuramata designs to focus on their core business, which is making cabinets, dressoirs, etc. -
