AFTER 2 weeks from the date of my purchase, I had to initiate communication with seller TWICE, inquiring about my purchase and if it had been shipped yet, and never received a response from them. Next action was EBAY notifying me that the seller had cancelled the order and refunded my money. Very poor customer service. If item was no longer available, the seller could have notified me sooner, without me having to act first!!
