DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER - I bought August Smart Keypad that is supposedly a factory second. Instead what I received was a keypad that cannot be paired to a new home since the previous owner hasn't reset. Asked to return but this seller would not accept. Not sure if my appeal with eBay will help get my money back but I would TOTALLY AVOID THIS SELLER as clearly this seller is not truthful or sneaky enough to trick you into buying bricked products.
