Seller is great the product is good but potassium permanganate and water it seems even de activates with hydrogen peroxide. I suppose however for some people its safer to use but. PP is a highly useful tool however so. If your a beginner sure I think this product is good for you but if your experienced don’t bother you will be disappointed vs purchasing pure powder and dose based on color.
