Gooch Guard Chamois Cream
In my opinion I believe this is better than other chamois cream, I have used Hammer Nutrition Seat Saver, Doc's skin care , Udderly smooth, Okole Stuff and Assos. This is a medium cream base, it does last longer in the saddle than others from my personal experience yours may be different. Every cream you purchase comes at a cost, they are all about the same within a few dollars. I have only used this for road cycling up to 60 mile rides so far. I prefer this cream vs thick paraffin- and lanolin-based ointment that soak through the chamois after riding. This product is far less messy. There is no burn either from any ingredients either. There is a slight minty smell to the product if you smell from the tub. It goes on smooth and keeps things protected, But this wont replace a good set of ...
