Steps:

  1. Please check whether the functional parts are not damaged before work.
  2. Empty gun test: Connect the air source to the air inlet connector, pull up the pressure adjusting knob in the "open" direction, adjust the air pressure in the "large" direction, and press the trigger repeatedly at the same time. Until the pressure gauge reaches "6" or "6 bar". Confirm that each work is normal, and adjust the pressure gauge to "0".
  3. Install glass glue: unscrew the front cover counterclockwise and insert it through the cylinder port. The plastic bottle (or plastic strip) should be cut before inserting. Replace the front cover, and cut the nozzle as needed.
  4. Test glue: Adjust the pressure by adjusting the pressure in the "large" direction, and at the same time cooperate with the press machine to test the glue. After the injection speed is approved, the pressure adjustment knob will be pressed in the "close" direction to lock the pressure. Ready.

Precautions:

  1. Inject a little lubricating oil from the inlet joint hole before work or every day.
  2. Confirm whether the front and rear covers are installed before pressing the trigger.
  3. After the work is finished, please clean up the glue leakage and other sundries in the cylinder.
  4. The recommended working pressure is 6 bar.
