IGT capitalized upon the motion picture industry’s most popular monsters from Universal Studios in this fun-filled, scary I-Plus 5-reel, 25-line video slot game, that also features a scatter pay feature when three Universal Monster symbols land in any position on a played line. The first bonus round is the Lightning Bonus and the second bonus round is the Monster Bonus. First of all, the Lightning Bonus starts when a Lightning Bonus symbol lands on reels 2, 3, and 4 of a played line and a series of windows appear on the screen. You, the player, will continue to select as many windows as possible that contain credit values until all of the values are revealed, or, until the first monster appears in the selected window. The player will be able to win from a range of 5 credits all the way up to 433 credits and the accumulated amount won will be multiplied by the total initiating wager times the number of lines played; wow, what a haul of credits to be won! The second bonus is the Monster Bonus and this bonus round starts when a Monster Bonus symbol lands on reels 1, 2, and 3 of a played line. The player, will, in turn, select a monster movie title and depending upon the movie title selected, a different bonus scenario comes up right on the screen, with each scenario being related to that particular movie title. In other words, in each round during the bonus play, you will select a symbol that is related to that particular monster movie and you will play out the scenario that follows. Remember, credits are accumulative, for they are added to the bonus meter and the bonus play will continue until all five rounds are played out or when a monster is selected; also, the player can win big during this round when a Win All symbol is revealed and the player is award all credit values in that round to the total already won! Finally, for the avid slot player there is a Top Award and this occurs when 5 Universal Studio Monsters symbols land on an active pay line with the maximum bet wagered and the player will then win the top award of 200,000 credits!
