Bandhani (aka tie & dye) is a technique of printing where a string is used as a resist. The design is made by tightly tying string multiple times around a piece of the fabric. The textile is then hand-dipped in mineral and herbal dyes and after drying, the tie is removed leaving behind a circular design, all together forming a daisy ring.
Due to the nature of handmade, color and dye patterns will vary slightly. Each blanket is one-of-a-kind!
Care Instructions:
- Machine wash cold, separately, with mild detergent
- Air dry or tumble dry on low
- Iron on appropriate setting when needed
- Fading over time is normal for natural dyes
