Elizabeth gives you the time you need. Appointments are never rushed. Dr. Lynch is available for consult when needed. Very comfortable atmosphere.

I LOVE this practice. Once you become their patient there is never a long wait. It's a very peaceful, comfortable office. Dr. Lynch is never in a rush to get you out of her office. She's thorough and kind and always wants to hear what you have to say. She's sincere. I've never been to a doctor who genuinely makes me feel like they care-until now.
Ece is a gifted, BRILLIANT acupuncturist. She, too, spends quality time and uses her amazing talents to get to the issue at hand. There's an acupuncture treatment for everything that ails you!
There have been a few billing issues in the past 2 1/2 years I've been a patient, however every one has been resolved with very little effort on my part.
Again, I can't stress enough...I LOVE this place, and everyone associated with it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Steph M.Richmond, VA114Apr 13, 2015
It took us a year to finally become patients because there is quite a long waiting list at this practice. There is a reason for this. We have never regretted the wait. The first visit lasted for hours. They are so thorough and take their time. You never feel like you are being rushed or that you don't understand what the doctor is saying. It is medical care the way you wish it was!
We love Dr. A and Liz!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Emily M.Oakdale, NY2023625Aug 1, 2016
Only want you for your money. When I made my first appointment I was told over the phone that only an out of care network provider was available for the appointment time that I needed, but I would be billed as if it was under my insurance. After going through a consultation and two appointments, which only made me feel worse as I was trying to treat chronic back pain and a bad knee, I decided not to go back. They had me pay my co-pay each time as if this was going through my insurance. A month later I'm sent a huge bill and I'm being told no one knows who I originally spoke to. Do not waste your time here (or with acupuncture in general if you ask me) this place especially is a scam.

There is a receptionist there that is terribly bad for business. She's rude, dismissive and her temperament is just downright grating. I missed an appointment and called to reschedule. The woman told me the only appointment was a month later. (How? The office is always empty whenever I go in. Are their patients hiding in the rafters?) I told her I couldn't wait that long and apologized for missing my original appointment. She said 'ok, I have to go.' and hung up on me...
Now, I realize that I'm not walking into a restaurant or a store and I don't expect superb customer service. However, I do expect to be treated with common courtesy as I do pay a co-pay every time I walk through your door and you do get to bill my insurance through the roof every time you so much as take my blood pressure or corral me into getting a needless EKG.
I work in retail and people don't generally make me uncomfortable but this woman does and I don't ever plan on returning to that office. It's a shame because although the doctors seem to be on a bit of a merry go round, they aren't that bad. They seem a bit eager for running tests and referring you to specialists for every little thing but I've never not been satisfied with any treatment I've received in their office.
* I should mention that she did say I wouldn't be charged the missed appointment fee. I have no doubt that in a few weeks I'll be sent a bill from their separate billing department. I'll pay it over the phone with my credit card and they'll send me a second bill from the office this time- not the billing department- saying that it wasn't paid and I'll call and be given the runaround and maybe by this time next month they'll have allowed me to give them my money. I'm familiar with the process from the last time they didn't charge a high enough co-pay before I left the office.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Matt T.Nesconset, NY212May 14, 2014
I wish I could give zero stars...
I have a good health insurance, when I went there first they checked with my insurance and confirmed that their service will be covered.. So, I told them to proceed..
After some time, I received a huge bill in mail.. I called them to ask what's going on, I think I spoke to that same rude, dismissive, idiot receptionist, she goes like "Your insurance doesn't cover the type of treatment we did to you" (Pain Management) - EXCUSE ME??? When I came first you checked with my insurance co and confirmed (I called insurance co also to verify, they said they submitted something else other than what we discussed) - I thought we straightened out this problem, and later on I got the same bill again, again called them back and forth, same problem still going on, and last time that moron receptionist hung up on me..
So, if you ask me if the treatment they did worked or not, no it didn't work for me
So, be very careful, you may end up with having problems like I have been having with them..Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
