Optics
Field Of View (FOV)
The Field of View (FOV) of loupes is the visible area at any given time, typically measured in millimeters. A larger FOV means dentists can observe more of the treatment area without excessive head movement. Our loupes provide a notably large FOV compared to competitors, offering clear, detailed observation of a broad area
Resolution
Resolution, measured in line pairs per millimeter (lp/mm), indicates the level of detail that can be resolved by the loupes. Higher resolution means finer information can be distinguished.
Magnification
Magnification refers to how much larger an object appears when viewed through the loupes compared to the naked eye. It is usually represented as a ratio (e.g., 2.5x, 3.5x) indicating how many times larger the image appears.
