The home, which was purchased by Ecclestone in 2010, was lavishly decorated for the event, with floor-to-ceiling floral displays and beautiful table arrangements.
Though Palmer and Ecclestone split their time between London and LA, Sloane House is where the pair and their four children, Lavinia, nine, six-year-old twins James Jr and Andrew and their 18-month-old daughter will live when in her home country.
Ecclestone welcomed a daughter with Palmer in April 2020 and shares her three older children with ex-husband James Stunt.
For the home celebration, Sam travelled to Sloane House in a Rolls Royce with his two-page boys, Petra's twin sons, Andrew and James.
He also shared a photo of his wedding ring saying "I can't believe I'm a married man."

On her Instagram Story, Ecclestone also shared a sweet photo of an embroidered handkerchief gifted to her by her billionaire father, Bernie and her mother, Slavicia.
The note on the handkerchief was addressed to 'Minnie', a pet-name for Petra.
"Today you hold a basket of flowers, one day it will be the bouquet," the note read.
"So here is something old to carry on your wedding day. Love, Mummy and Daddy, July 16, 2022."
Videos on Palmer's story see the couple dancing into the early hours of the morning with their guests, while British indie rock band Razorlight played live. The band, formed in 2002, rose to fame in the early 2000's, with one of their most famous songs being 'America'.
Palmer also revealed the expensive gift his wife gave him to celebrate their special day – the real winning FA cup from West Ham FC's win in 1980.
A chuffed Palmer wrote on his story: "It has to go down as the greatest wedding gift of all time."
The next day, Palmer shared photos of their legal ceremony, where the pair donned new outfits.
This time, Ecclestone wore a beautiful white satin floor-length gown, and wore her hair in a soft pony tail with a veil.
In a photo shared by Palmer, the pair are seen walking away from their Rolls Royce, and towards the wedding registry. In the photo, Palmer carries his 18-month-old daughter, a big grin on his face.
Ecclestone later shared photos of the real "after party", showing their four cheeky kids relaxing in comfy clothes and PJs at home.
