Balos

There are hundreds of beaches all over Greece, among them, like the crowned pearl , Laguna Balos - a paradise on the northwestern tip of Crete . It delights with its exotic scenery reminiscent of the Caribbean, where the pink sand is mixed with the turquoise water that covers it and the raw gray of the rocks. And although getting there is not easy, it is worth every effort. It is difficult to find a more beautiful landscape on the island, and maybe in the whole of Greece.

For whom?

The Balos lagoon is a place for sunbathers who expect something more from the beach than just a patch of sand and the possibility of swimming in clear water. A visit to this place is, above all, an aesthetic experience, a substitute for the exotic within Europe. Laguna Balos is a great destination for both couples and families with children.
