Apple Support 4+

To have an app, that has many options to choose from when fixing/troubleshooting an apple issue,
( While also providing you multiple answers or ways to fix most issues ) is quite a innovative twist. You won’t be using this app day to day, you would use this if you’re having an issue with a product, can’t get it to connect need to get a repair (ect.) boom open the app, you have every product, and every subscription, that could have ever possibly been bought or thought of from apple, you can then choose from a laundry list of fixable quality of life changes that you may not even know you could do! I encourage anyone who has more than a single Apple product / subscription, as managing one single apple product really isn’t such a pain, however, this is what I consider a “all for one” app. Great job apple!

Yesterday I called because after a recent Apple upgrade I had several things change and had to fix them. One I was having trouble with was on Facebook and Messenger the Avatar was missing. Facebook said since it involved an Apple upgrade I needed to have Apple support help me. The first thing they said was that it was a Facebook issue I needed to have them help me. I explained this was due to their upgrade I had already had to fix two other things. The technician asked to step away and left me hanging on the phone which always happens. Then came back on and said someone else would call me. No one ever called me. I got an email stating I missed the call but my phone displays all missed calls and there were none. This has happened every time I ask for help. I don’t have anything that will automatically block anyone. When I manually block someone it still shows that they attempted to call. This is the most worthless service. I fixed it myself today when I decided to delete my existing avatar and redo a new one. It fixed it on both my IPhone and IPad. Just in case anyone else is having that problem.

If you have any sort of issue, with any device, just hard reset it. That is their go-to, first swing advice for EVERY problem I have encountered. I asked if that is their general go-to solution, the person I was speaking with confirmed. HomePod issue? Screw your ENTIRE smart home setup, reset the HomePod and see if that works. iPhone issue? Reset it! Asking any question that isn’t commonly asked, EG. Account specific, or anything more specific than “for iPhone(etc.)” is similar to speaking to a help bot. They’re very nice, yes. But this is the only support I’ve ever spoken to that has not presented a “recap” of my statement that conveyed understanding, and solution. Maybe it’s the forced recaps, possibility of managing multiple chats at once, or *Human’s* need for coffee for heaven’s sake, I don’t know. What I do know, is Apple hardware is the best on the market. Apple support, Care+ is an excellent idea. IDEA. It doesn’t deliver the greatness that Apple’s self-set standard expresses. I do hope Apple continues to dedicate resources to the development of Support.
